Hand it to the folks at Golin Harris and Unilever...They held an elegant VIP press and Branding conference at Bennett Media Studio. It was packed with good food, conversations, clever presentations and seemingly a lot of fun.

It was the main stage for announcing the joint deal with Ne-Yo and Cher Lloyd for their song writing talents embracing the inspirational ideas for the Fruttare Brand...kinda clever actually.

The main area was used in the residential part of the Building, providing a home-like feel to the event. Click HERE to review the article on ArtistDirect.

We had a shoot for Saturday Night Live with Justin Timberlake here at Bennett Media Studio. It was filmed all day Friday, and went quickly on air the next (Saturday) night. So you get a sense that this is quick turnaround time, one day to be precise.

The shoot lasted for a good 12 hours, had lots of preparation, and a fairly large crew of people. It was a closed set, so the work went quickly. The episode was called: “Romantic Comedy”. You can see it here.

This was another episode for SNL (Saturday Night Live) shot at Bennett Media Studio. This came just after a few weeks after the Justin Timberlake piece at BMS. This episode was actually shot in the Master Bedroom/Bathroom, and there was a real charmer there.

Vince Vaughn is a most relaxed and naturally funny guy...and seems to thrive in these offbeat situations.

I made sure the snake was gone before recapturing my Bathroom.

The episode was called: "Bathroom Cobra". You can see the video HERE.

KBS Interviews Ed Bennett

kpop.png

In 2011, major South Korean television network, KBS, aired in Korea a one-hour documentary special on K-Pop (Korean pop music). KBS interviewed Bennett Media Studio founder Ed Bennett in his home, asking him about his thoughts on the rising genre and its potential here in the United States. His comments can be found near the end of the documentary around the 51:56 mark.

This 1 Hour Documentary explores the emerging popularity of K-Pop Music around the world, from Korea, to Brazil, to France and Asia. It has become a $4 Billion Export business for Korea and growing rapidly. There is one catch: It spectacular growth has been achieved without the United States market, where K-Pop is virtually unknown. If the largest music market in the world has not been a part of this success, how can they make it happen. I and my company was in the last segment.
