Our open kitchen is best for all kinds of recipe demonstration and professional film and photo shoots with state of the art equipment. The kitchen is across from the dining room separated with brick arches and leads to a large terrace perfect for outdoor barbecues. 

Adjacent with the kitchen and living area the dining area is a long space facing the terrace. Designed with high windows and glass panel walls on one side.

The master bedroom faces east and is very spacious and quiet. It comes with its own state of the art private bathroom with tinted sliding doors. 

The guest bedroom is quiet and faces west and also has a private bathroom.

The first floor event studio comes fully equipped with everything you need for live performance including a stage, DJ booth, projector, and other professional AV equipment. Includes access to a bathroom, kitchen garage and two entrances from the street.

This dual level event space is duplexed with the floor below. 

This space features a long gallery area with brick archways, and slate floors. This space has served as an add on to many events for guest overflow, backstage area, catering, sponsor tables, and has been used for performances, photo and film shoots.
